Dear experts,
\nDear journalists,<\/p>\n

I recently learned that ESMA and EIOPA will soon publish their draft RTS for the PRIIPS KID. In this draft they seem to intend proposing two historical scenarios instead of future performance scenarios, as required by the legal text. In order to underline that this would run counter to the co-legislators’ compromise and would not be acceptable to the European Parliament, I have written a letter to both supervisory authorities together with the (shadow) rapporteurs of Socialists and Christian Democrats.
