{"id":38874,"date":"2013-09-09T18:38:43","date_gmt":"2013-09-09T16:38:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sg.admk-dev.de\/questions-to-the-esa-chairs\/"},"modified":"2013-09-09T18:38:43","modified_gmt":"2013-09-09T16:38:43","slug":"questions-to-the-esa-chairs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sven-giegold.de\/en\/questions-to-the-esa-chairs\/","title":{"rendered":"Questions to the ESA chairs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee (ECON) I have been appointed rapporteur for the initiative report of the revision of the regulation of the supervisory authorities.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A hearing with the three chairs of the of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESA) for banks (EBA), for insurances and occupational pensions (EIOPA) and securities and markets (ESMA) will take place in ECON on 30 September 2013.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing members of parliament will have the possibility to address questions to the chairs of the supervisors. In preparation, we have the opportunity to submit written questions. Naturally our focus will be on possible improvements of the regulations of the supervisory authorities.<\/p>\n<p>As always we would be glad to receive questions, proposals and feedbacks from our expert network.
