My question to the Commission concerning the declaration of financial interests of Stella Kyriakides

My Question for written answer to the Commission (Rule 138)

In her Declaration of Financial Interests, Commissioner Stella Kyriakides has listed a number of management positions for her husband Kyriakos Kyriakides. However, the company MARALO LIMITED does not appear, even though Kyriakos Kyriakides is listed as a managing director of MARALO LIMITED and large loans were taken out for the company. These loans, which were granted to the company by the Cyprus Cooperative Bank, were recently reported by the Cyprus Court of Auditors.

Against this background, we would like to ask the Commission:

Can you confirm whether and since when Kyriakos Kyriakides, the husband of Stella Kyriakides, is a director of MARALO LIMITED?

Why exactly was this management position, as well as the above-mentioned loans, not stated in the Commissioner’s Declaration of Financial Interests?

Is the Declaration of Financial Interests of Stella Kyriakides incomplete in other respects and will it be revised by the Commissioner in a timely manner?
